Getting Your Sites Construction Ready

Accuracy and timeliness are our focus because we know that Site Acquisition can make or break your project schedule.

Our Site Acquisition model is different than most industry models. We know that accuracy and expediency are what you need from a Site Acquisition firm.

That is why our employee compensation plan is structured around deliverables. Our reps don’t get paid until their deliverables are accepted by the customer. This type of compensation plan has allowed us to retain only the most motivated and experienced talent.

Our team of SAQ personnel has hands on experience in many types of network deployment – Carrier upgrades, New Site Build, Lease Recontracting/Renegotiation, Generator installations and Ethernet/Fiber.

We realize that accuracy is critical for a successful handoff from SAQ to Construction. Our resources are trained to thoroughly evaluate drawings, review lease rights and identify zoning and building permit requirements. Our customers can’t have any last-minute surprises when their teams are ready to start a job. The thorough process followed by our teams eliminates those surprises and keeps you on schedule.

Proven experience

Wi-Finity has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry. Our professional team understands what it takes to complete the Site Acquisition process so it flows smoothly into the Construction process. We have worked for some of the largest wireless carriers and tower companies in the US and Internationally. ATT Mobility, Cricket, Digicel, CCT Wireless, Crown Castle and American Tower are some of our customers.

Accountability

Accountability is mandatory when it comes to building a reliable SAQ team. Our reps are accountable to the site from the beginning to the end. They are the single point of contact for that site which eliminates any delays in the process due to miscommunication. They deal with the client, the landlords, the local jurisdictions, the A&E firms and the construction managers. They fully understand that delivering a fully completed and accurate real estate package is their number one priority. By linking their compensation to this final deliverable, the reps process each job with diligence and efficiency.

No Excuses

Site acquisition is often the “black hole” in the wireless construction process. The process is not complicated but somehow the SAQ portion of the project can drag out for months because of the unlimited excuses that are made but tough to validate. Wi-Finity does not make excuses because excuses cause delays and delays affect our clients’ and our reps’ bottom lines. We advocate a “no excuses, only solutions” policy. This simple mantra is our core principal for meeting our Clients’ aggressive schedules.
